As a dedicated and energetic Grade 5 teacher, she brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a deep desire to do what’s right for her students each and every day. Whether she’s hosting her beloved fireside story day, running basketball in the gym during chilly winter months, or supporting newcomer students and families as our MLL teacher, Vanessa always steps in with grace and a willing heart. She's a valued member of the Safe Schools Committee and one of the kind souls behind our therapy dog visits, all while preparing for her upcoming wedding this summer and teaching Pilates on the side! Vanessa's love for her dog, her strong family ties, and her genuine laughter are just a few of the many things that make her such a joy to work with.
