• Discuss about how Fundraising is going – Parents are not receiving fundraising forms
  • Maple Syrup  - Sales $932   52 student orders
  • Poinsettia order closing tonight at midnight – delivery on Dec 5  $3577 
    • New fundraising ideas for in the new year
    • Mitchell Soups – Kayla (February)
    • Candy Kabobs (Kayla ask Northside Pantry)
    • Other ideas:  Calendar, Krispy Kreme, Gum days
  • Discussion re: playground and fundraising – if our playground is repaired, do we want to spend that money in other ways?  Computers, kindergarten swings, outside toys for kindergarten area,

   

  Fundraising School council Playground balance: $13, 768.26

   

• Plan for PIC money – Family night, math night ect – Kelly Ann will put out a message to staff regarding PIC proposal ideas.

   

• Holiday Dinner: date etc.            December 17 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

   

• Kayla and Shalyn will be in touch with each other and reach out to volunteers and donors
