- Welcome - was done by Stephanie Bouchard.
- 1. School was able to get a donation to purchase an accessible swing for the school yard.
- Back fence (by bus loading) has been installed.
- Recap of first half of school
- Open house BBQ - estimated all Families but a couple were seen the night of the barbecue. SC sold Hotdogs & Drinks outside the front doors. Sales were $600+
- Poinsettia

- Maple syrup fundraiser - was done in October 2024. Told of sales were $932.
- Holiday Dinner - December 17th - SC provided meal for the staff and students - a successful inclusive event
- Upcoming/deciding fundraisers 1. Mitchell soup Company - will look at doing in the fall
- Krispy Kreme doughnuts - Will be Early March, Kayla Will set up, Vincent Brousseau will pick up. Will do pre-sales option.
- Halenda’s Pepperettes - Randi Eastman will be setting up. Details to follow.
- Candy kabobs - when to sell/ volunteers to bag them up - Kelly Ann has purchased sticks and bags. Will get the students to help assemble the candy Kabobs. Will be selling leading up to Valentine’s Day
- Pic funding - planning event - Math night on May 7th 2025 from 5pm-7pm. we received funding of $1000. School is responsible for setting up activities, while SC will cover food and helping with directing families on the night of. SC will be providing a BBQ (hotdogs/Hamburgers). Kayla will look after getting the donations of the BBQ and food. Request for volunteers to help the night of will come out on a later date.
Other items discussed at meeting were:
- Pancake Day - looking at options of where to have pancakes made, as school is no longer an option. Rachel is going to reach out to Stacked Pancake. Will also look into the cost of Curling club kitchen rental.
- Spring Dance - April 10th Rachel & Shalyn will look after organizing event. Stephanie has a lead on a DJ. Kayla will look after the food/snacks for the event. More info will be provided at later date.
- The current playground has been fixed. The redirection of funding was discussed. Gaga ball pit needs to be moved and properly installed in the spring. SC has agreed to cover the cost of the install through the current money available. Moving forward, it was proposed that future fundraisers are to help with the purchase of a complete class set of computers. SC has agreed to help with the cost.
Next meeting - Is being held Wed March 19th at 5:30pm. An option for an online meeting will be offered. (Safe Schools at 5:00).
